A slow-moving area of low pressure will continue to push toward Wisconsin tonight. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and breezy with occasional light rain. Temperatures will fall to the upper 30s by late evening. Overnight, the rain may mix with snow, mainly north and west of Madison. Low temperatures will fall to the middle 30s by morning.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a chance for rain and snow showers, mainly in the morning. High temperatures will be in the upper 30s. As the colder part of the storm system passes on Tuesday night, snow showers and flurries are likely for Tuesday night, with minor accumulations up to an inch possible. Lingering flurries will gradually come to an end on Wednesday morning with mostly cloudy skies. High temperatures will reach the middle to upper 30s.
Milder weather will return for the rest of the week, through the weekend, and into early next week. Skies will become partly sunny on Thursday with high temperatures in the lower 40s. Friday will be mostly sunny and mild with high temperatures in the middle 40s.
Partly sunny and mild weather will continue for the weekend into Monday of next week. Saturday will be breezy as well. High temperatures will reach the middle to upper 40s for all three day.
