A strong storm system will gradually head toward Wisconsin by Wednesday. Today will be mostly cloudy, windy, and very mild with showers and isolated thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. Winds will be quite strong and may gust to 30 MPH at times. Showers and isolated thunderstorm will continue tonight with temperatures remaining very mild in the middle to upper 50s.

On Wednesday, the storm will move into northern Wisconsin, with a cold front sweeping across the state early in the day. It will be mostly cloudy, windy, and turning cooler with scattered showers. High temperatures will reach the upper 50s to near 60 degrees on Wednesday morning before temperatures slowly fall in the afternoon. As temperatures fall into the 30s on Wednesday night, any lingering showers may mix with a few flurries before ending.

As the storm moves away from Wisconsin on Thursday, colder air will return. Thursday will be variably cloudy, windy, and colder with highs in the middle 40s. On Friday, an approaching weather system will begin to affect Wisconsin. Skies will become increasingly cloudy and temperatures will be seasonably cold with a chance for rain showers late in the day. High temperatures will be in the upper 30s.

As temperatures turn colder Friday night, rain should change to light snow. Light snow will come to an end on Saturday morning before skies become partly sunny in the afternoon. It will be breezy and cold with high temperatures only reaching the middle 30s. After a cold night Saturday night with low temperatures falling into the lower 20s, Sunday will be partly sunny, breezy, and not as cold with high temperatures in the upper 30s.

Monday will be partly sunny and breezy with high temperatures returning to the middle 40s.
