This Thanksgiving Day afternoon will be mostly cloudy and very mild with fog and occasional rain. High temperatures will reach the lower 50s.

A cold front will slowly move through Wisconsin this afternoon. As temperatures become colder tonight, rain may mix with snow late. Areas well northwest of Madison may see some light freezing rain or snow toward morning. It will be mostly cloudy, windy, and colder with temperatures falling to the lower 40s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the lower 30s by morning.

Any mixed precipitation will come to an end early on Friday. Mostly cloudy skies early will give way to some afternoon clearing as the cold front moves to the east. It will be windy and colder with high temperatures in the middle 30s.

Milder temperatures are in the forecast for the weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures in the lower 40s. A weather system will pass across Illinois on Sunday, but it looks like rain chances will stay south of Wisconsin. Skies will be partly sunny on Sunday with high temperatures in the lower 40s.

Monday will be mild with increasingly cloudy skies and a chance for rain showers late in the day. High temperatures will reach the lower 40s. As temperatures become colder Monday night, rain may mix with snow at times. Snow and rain showers will continue Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies, breezy winds, and high temperatures in the middle to upper 30s.

Wednesday will be partly sunny, breezy, and seasonably cold with high temperatures in the middle to upper 30s.
