Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight and it will be breezy and colder. Temperatures will fall into the lower 30s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to upper 20s by morning.
Thursday will be mostly cloudy and colder with high temperatures in the middle 30s.
Friday will be partly sunny and seasonably cold with highs in the upper 20s.
Saturday will be mostly sunny and seasonably cold with high temperatures near 30 degrees. Skies on Sunday will become increasingly cloudy, and it will be breezy and a little milder with high temperatures near 40 degrees. A chance for showers will develop late in the day as a low pressure system approaches Wisconsin.
Rain showers may mix with snow briefly later Sunday night as the storm system moves through Wisconsin, dragging a cold front through the state by early Monday morning. As the system continues to move to the east, any rain or snow showers will come to an end on Monday morning with some clearing possible in the afternoon. Winds will be breezy as high temperatures reach the upper 30s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy and mild with high temperatures reaching the upper 30s. Skies will become mostly cloudy Tuesday night with a chance for rain and snow showers developing. Any mixed precipitation early Wednesday will change to scattered rain showers as high temperatures climb to around 40 degrees.
It appears that the chances for a white Christmas will be small, but the chances for good travelling weather will be high. Christmas Eve will be variably cloudy and pleasant with high temperatures in the middle to upper 30s. Christmas Day will be variably cloudy and turning breezy with a chance for rain and snow showers late in the day or at night. High temperatures will again reach the upper 30s.
