Quiet weather is expected today.  There may be a few breaks in the clouds, but plenty will linger throughout the day.  It won't be as mild as yesterday with highs in the lower to middle 40s.

A chance for light rain showers will develop by late tonight as another low pressure system moves into Wisconsin. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, windy, and mild with a chance for light rain showers, mainly in the morning. High temperatures will reach the upper 40s in the morning, but will hold steady or slowly fall through the afternoon with the passage of a cold front.

More typical December weather will return to Wisconsin later in the work week. Thursday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and colder with high temperatures in the middle 30s. A few flurries may develop Thursday night as a weak cold front moves through the state. Friday will become partly sunny, breezy, and seasonably cold with high temperatures in the upper 20s.

Saturday will be partly sunny and continued seasonably cold with high temperatures near 30 degrees. On Sunday, skies will become increasingly cloudy, and it will be windy and a little milder as stronger winds out of the southwest help to bring high temperatures back to near 40 degrees. A chance for a few rain and snow showers will develop Sunday night.
