Tonight will be mostly cloudy with areas of fog developing. Temperatures will only fall a couple of degrees to the middle 20s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will be in the lower to middle 20s by morning.

On Monday, a low-pressure system will move through Wisconsin. A mixture of freezing drizzle and light freezing rain will develop; the precipitation may change to drizzle and light rain in areas south of Madison where temperatures climb above freezing. High temperatures will be in the lower to middle 30s.

Mixed precipitation will change to light snow on Monday night, with 1-3" of accumulation possible by morning (the heaviest amounts will be northwest of Madison). It will be mostly cloudy with low temperatures falling to the upper 20s by morning. 

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, breezy and a little colder with scattered flurries; high temperatures will be around 30 degrees although temperatures should hold nearly steady through the day. Wednesday will be variably cloudy and seasonably cold with high temperatures in the upper 20s.

Another fast-moving low-pressure system will pass by to the north on Thursday. It will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and a little milder with a chance for flurries; high temperatures will be in the middle 30s. Skies will become increasingly cloudy on Friday, and it will become breezy with high temperatures reaching the middle 30s. There is a chance for flurries late in the day or on Friday night.

Slightly above-normal temperatures are expected for next weekend. Skies will be mostly cloudy on Saturday with high temperatures in the upper 30s. There is a chance for flurries from Saturday night, gradually ending on Sunday morning. Otherwise, Sunday will be variably cloudy and a little colder with high temperatures around 30 degrees.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued from 6 AM Monday morning until 6 AM Tuesday morning for part of northeastern Iowa, including the county of CLAYTON.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued from 9 AM Monday morning until midnight early Tuesday morning for part of south-central Wisconsin, including the counties of SAUK, IOWA, and LAFAYETTE.

A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY has been issued from 9 AM Monday morning until 6 AM Tuesday morning for extreme northeastern Iowa, and southwestern through west-central Wisconsin. In Iowa, this includes the county of ALLAMAKEE. In Wisconsin, this includes the counties of MONROE, JUNEAU, ADAMS, VERNON, RICHLAND, CRAWFORD, and GRANT (this includes the La Crosse metropolitan area).
