The precipitation may change to a mixture of light snow, sleet, and rain on Thursday night. On Friday, high temperatures will reach the middle 30s. It will be cloudy with a continued mix of light snow, sleet, and rain. The mix of precipitation will change to light snow on Friday night.
Colder weather will return for the weekend. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and turning windy and colder with snow showers and flurries. High temperatures will be around 30 degrees in the morning before temperatures fall through the 20s in the afternoon. Sunday will be variably cloudy, windy, and colder with a chance for flurries. High temperatures will only reach the middle teens.
The coldest air of the winter will arrive early next week. Low temperatures on Monday morning may fall into the single digits below zero, and wind chills could drop to -5 to 15. Monday will be partly sunny, breezy, and quite cold with high temperatures in the lower teens.
