Tonight will be mostly clear and bitterly cold. Temperatures will fall to the upper single digits by late evening. Overnight low temperatures will fall to zero or just below zero by morning, with wind chills from -5 to -15.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and continued very cold. High temperatures will reach the upper teens. Skies will turn mostly cloudy on Thursday night as a low-pressure system passes through Wisconsin. Scattered flurries will be possible. After the system passes, skies will become partly sunny Friday, and it will be breezy and turning colder. High temperatures will reach the upper teens on Friday morning, but will hold steady or fall into the middle teens by late in the afternoon.

Another shot of bitterly cold air will arrive from Friday night into Saturday. Low temperatures on Saturday morning will drop to the middle single digits below zero while wind chills drop to as cold as -10 to -25. Saturday will be mostly sunny and bitterly cold with high temperatures only topping out near 10 degrees. After low temperatures fall to around zero very early Sunday morning, temperatures will begin to rise. Skies will be mostly cloudy Sunday, and it will be breezy and not as cold with snow showers developing. High temperatures will return to near 20 degrees. Minor snowfall accumulation is possible through Sunday night.

Next week, temperatures will begin to moderate. Monday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with a few flurries. High temperatures will reach the upper 20s. Tuesday will be variably cloudy and seasonably cold with a chance for flurries. High temperatures will be around 30 degrees. Skies will become mostly cloudy on Tuesday night with snow showers developing. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and seasonably cold with snow showers tapering to flurries. High temperatures will be in the lower 30s.

High: 10

SUNDAY:
Mostly cloudy, breezy, and not as cold with light snow developing (minor snow accumulation is possible through Sunday night).
Low: 0; temperatures nearly steady/slowly rising overnight
High: 20

MONDAY:
Mostly cloudy, breezy, and not as cold with a few flurries.
Low: 15
High: 29

TUESDAY:
Variable cloudiness and seasonably cold with a few flurries (becoming mostly cloudy with snow showers likely at night).

WEDNESDAY:
Mostly cloudy and seasonably cold with snow showers tapering to flurries.
