A low pressure system will move into the area on Sunday, but we will be on the mild side of the storm for much of the day. Skies will be partly sunny Sunday morning before clouds become mostly cloudy on Sunday afternoon. It will be breezy and rain showers will develop late in the day. High temperatures will reach the upper 40s, but temperatures will start to fall toward mid-afternoon. Rain showers may mix with snow at night before ending late.
After that system passes, Monday will be partly sunny, breezy, and mild with high temperatures in the lower to middle 40s. A low-pressure system will move into the area on Tuesday, but its exact track remains uncertain. It will be mostly cloudy and breezy with snow showers developing. Some rain may mix with the snow, especially south of Madison. High temperatures will reach the middle 30s before temperatures hold steady or fall in the afternoon.
On Wednesday, skies will become partly sunny, and it will be breezy and colder with high temperatures in the upper 20s. Skies on Thursday will become mostly cloudy with snow showers developing, especially in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower 30s. On Friday, skies will become partly sunny with high temperatures in the middle 30s. A chance for light snow will develop on Friday night.
