Snow showers and flurries will continue tonight as low pressure slides to our north. Additional snow accumulations up to an inch will be possible. Temperatures will fall into the lower teens with wind chills dipping below zero by early Tuesday morning.
Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, windy, and colder with scattered flurries. High temperatures will reach the middle teens. Tuesday night will become partly cloudy, breezy, and bitterly cold. Temperatures will fall to around zero with wind chills as cold as -5 to -20 by early Wednesday morning. Wednesday will be partly sunny, breezy, and very cold. High temperatures will only reach the lower teens Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday will be partly sunny and cold with temperatures starting in the single digits below zero. Wind chills will range from -5 to -15 early Thursday morning. Highs Thursday afternoon will reach the middle to upper teens. A chance for flurries will develop late Thursday night into Friday morning as a weak wave of low pressure passes to the southwest. After the flurries end Friday morning, skies will become partly sunny. Temperatures will start in the single digits Friday morning with wind chills below zero. Highs on Friday afternoon will reach the middle teens.
The cold spell will continue into the weekend. Saturday will begin with lows in the single digits below zero and wind chills as cold as -5 to -25. The rest of Saturday will be partly sunny and breezy with highs around ten degrees. Cloud cover will increase Sunday with a chance for snow showers or flurries late in the day or at night. Temperatures will start near zero Sunday, and highs will be near 20 degrees. Monday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with a chance for snow showers or flurries. Highs will reach the middle 20s.
