On Wednesday, a large area of low pressure will track to the east of Wisconsin. The storm will be close enough to create some gusty winds as well as a slight chance for light snow or flurries east of Madison. The main snow accumulations will stay east of Wisconsin. Highs on Wednesday will reach the upper 30s. Any lingering flurries will come to an end Thursday morning. Winds will remain breezy, and highs will reach the lower 30s.
High pressure will build into the region Friday with partly sunny skies and colder temperatures. Highs will be near 30 degrees.
Much of the weekend will remain rather quiet. Saturday will be partly sunny and breezy with a slight chance for flurries. Highs will reach the middle 30s. Sunday will become mostly cloudy with a chance for light snow developing late in the day or at night. Highs will be near 30 degrees.
