This afternoon will be mostly cloudy, but mild with highs in the lower 40s. Skies will remain mostly cloudy tonight with lows in the upper 20s.
On Wednesday, a strong area of low pressure will track to the east of Wisconsin. The storm will be close enough to create some gusty winds and mostly cloudy skies across Wisconsin as well as a slight chance for some light snow in far southeastern Wisconsin. High temperatures will be near 40 degrees.
In the wake of the storm, Thursday will become partly sunny, windy, and colder with high temperatures in the lower 30s. Friday will be partly sunny and seasonably cold with high temperatures in the middle 30s.
This weekend will bring spring-like temperatures back to southern Wisconsin. Saturday will be partly sunny, breezy, and much milder again with high temperatures jumping back up into the upper 40s. Skies will become mostly cloudy on Sunday as a low pressure system approaches, but it will remain breezy and mild with highs in the mid 40s. A chance of rain showers will develop late in the day, then mix with snow overnight as lows drop into the upper 20s.
It will be cooler again early next week with highs dropping back into the lower to middle 30s. An unsettled weather pattern will set up that could bring several chances of light snow Monday through Wednesday.
