A cold front will swing through Wisconsin this afternoon with increasingly cloudy skies, windy conditions, and a chance for spotty rain showers developing. Highs will reach the upper 40s. Tonight will be mostly cloudy and colder with any rain showers changing to flurries. Temperatures will fall to near 30 degrees by early Friday morning. Friday will be mostly cloudy and chilly high temperatures in the lower 40s.
The weekend should be nice but on the cool side. Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny and chilly with high temperatures in the lower 40s. Monday will be partly sunny and continued cool with high temperatures in the lower 40s.
Milder air will return Tuesday as another storm system develops to our west. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, windy, and milder with scattered showers. Some snow may be mixed with the rain early in the day, mainly north of Madison. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s. Wednesday will be variably cloudy, breezy, and milder with a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly late in the day. High temperatures will reach the middle 50s.
