As high pressure drifts to the east, today will be partly sunny and milder with high temperatures near 60. Skies will become mostly cloudy tonight with a chance of showers toward morning and lows in the mid 40s.

A strong storm system will move through Wisconsin on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, windy, and continued mild with a chance of showers in the morning. Showers will become numerous in the afternoon with possible thunderstorms developing as well and will continue at night along and ahead of a cold front. High temperatures will be near 60 degrees again. Showers and thunderstorms will continue into Thursday, mainly in the morning. Highs on Thursday will reach the lower to middle 50s before temperatures fall in the afternoon behind the cold front. Friday will be variably cloudy and cooler with a slight chance of rain showers, mainly in the afternoon. High temperatures will drop back to the middle 40s.

Cooler air will move across Wisconsin for the weekend. Saturday will be variably cloudy, windy, and cool with a chance of light rain/snow early in the day. Highs will reach the lower 40s. Sunday will become mostly cloudy with scattered rain showers developing later in the day and highs in the middle 40s.

Temperatures will be rising again next week. On Monday, there will be a chance of some light rain, sleet, and freezing rain early in the day and highs will remain in the middle 40s. Tuesday will be partly sunny and not as cool with highs in the lower 50s. Wednesday will be variably cloudy with showers developing and highs in the middle 50s.
