An area of low pressure moving across northern Illinois will bring a chance of showers to southern Wisconsin this evening. Skies will be cloudy this evening, but should become partly cloudy overnight as the rain heads to the east. Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s by early Monday morning.
Monday will be partly sunny and milder with high temperatures in the lower 60s. Tuesday will be partly sunny and milder with high temperatures in the upper 60s. Scattered showers will develop from Tuesday night into early Wednesday as a cold front slides through the area. After the showers end, Wednesday will become partly sunny, breezy, and cooler with highs in the upper 50s to near near 60 degrees.
Thursday will be partly sunny and milder with high temperatures in the lower to middle 60s. Friday will be partly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures in the lower 70s.
Mild weather is in the forecast for the start of the weekend, but a cold front will drop temperatures a bit by Sunday. Saturday will become mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms developing, mainly late in the day and at night. Highs will reach the middle 70s. Scattered showers will come to an end Sunday morning with skies becoming partly sunny and breezy winds. Highs will reach the middle to upper 60s.
