Skies will be mostly cloudy tonight as a cold front moves southward through Wisconsin. Scattered showers are likely while an isolated thunderstorm may be possible this evening. Temperatures will fall to the lower 60s by late evening; behind the cold front overnight low temperatures will fall to the lower to middle 40s by morning.

Wednesday will be variably cloudy, breezy, and cooler with a very slight chance of an afternoon shower. High temperatures will be in the upper 50s. Skies will become mostly clear on Wednesday night with patchy frost possible, especially in areas north of Madison. Temperatures fall into the middle 30s by early Thursday morning.

Thursday will be partly sunny and milder with high temperatures in the middle 60s. Friday will be partly sunny and even warmer with high temperatures near 80 degrees.

There is a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Friday night as a storm system approaches Wisconsin. Mild weather will continue for the weekend, although it won't be as warm as Friday. Saturday will be variably cloudy, turning breezy, and mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms as a cold front moves through the state. High temperatures will reach the middle 70s. Sunday will be partly sunny and pleasantly mild with high temperatures in the lower 70s.

Another storm system will approach Wisconsin for the first part of next week. Monday will be variably cloudy, becoming breezy, and mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the middle 70s. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the lower to the middle 70s.
