The chances for rain will decrease later in the weekend although a shower or thunderstorm can't be ruled out. Sunday will be partly sunny, warm and humid with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. High temperatures will reach the lower 80s. Memorial Day Monday will be partly sunny, warm and humid with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. High temperatures will reach the middle 80s.
The weather will remain warm and humid beyond the holiday as well. Tuesday will be partly sunny, warm and humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the middle 80s and heat index values will reach the middle 80s to near 90 degrees. A cold front will move through Wisconsin on Wednesday, bringing mostly cloudy skies, and warm and humid weather with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s.

The Storm Prediction Center says there is a MARGINAL RISK of severe thunderstorms today for the southern third of Minnesota, all of Iowa, all of Illinois, and all but far northwestern Wisconsin. A warm and humid air mass will continue to cover much of the Midwest. Isolated strong to severe thunderstorms are possible. Hail and high winds will be the main threats.
