A cold front will develop to the west of Wisconsin and approach southern Wisconsin later Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night. Skies will be variably cloudy on Wednesday ahead of the front and it will be milder, with highs returning to the lower 70s. The cold front will move through with scattered showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday night. Behind the front, showers will end on Thursday morning, otherwise, it will be variably cloudy, breezy, and cooler with high temperatures in the middle to the upper 60s.
Friday will be variably cloudy, breezy, and cooler with a slight chance of showers in the afternoon. High temperatures will fall to around 60.
Expect cool weather for the weekend. Skies will be variably cloudy on Saturday, and it will be breezy and chilly with high temperatures in the middle to the upper 50s. Sunday will be variably cloudy and cool with a slight chance of showers and high temperatures in the upper 50s.
Early next week, we should have partly sunny skies Monday through Wednesday and pleasant temperatures in the lower to middle 60s.
