Warm weather with high temperatures near 80 degrees will continue for the upcoming week into much of the Memorial Day weekend. Today will be mostly sunny and warm with high temperatures around 80 degrees.

Skies will be mostly clear tonight, and it will be milder. Temperatures will fall to the middle 60s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the middle 50s by morning.

Monday will be partly sunny, breezy and warm with high temperatures in the lower 80s.

A storm system will begin to develop to the west of Wisconsin early next week as the overall weather pattern changes to a more active one, leading to daily chances for rain, although most days will also have plenty of rain-free hours as well. Skies will become mostly cloudy Monday night with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms later at night. A weak cold front will wash out as it moves into Wisconsin on Tuesday, but it will bring variably cloudy skies, warm, and more humid weather along with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s.

On Wednesday, a little stronger storm system will move through the state. It will be mostly cloudy, warm, and humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be around 80 degrees.

On Thursday, we will be between weather systems. Skies will be variably cloudy and temperatures will be warm with just a chance of showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be in the lower 80s.

As we head toward the Memorial Day weekend, a storm system will affect Wisconsin from Friday and Saturday. Friday will be mostly cloudy, warm, and more humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be near 80 degrees. The storm system will move through on Saturday as it will be mostly cloudy, breezy, warm, and humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be around 80 degrees as well. After a cold front passes through Saturday night, some instability and moisture may linger behind the storm into Sunday. Skies will be variably cloudy and it will be very mild, but little less humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s.

It now likes like a weak area of high pressure will move in for Memorial Day. Skies will be partly sunny, and it will be warm with just a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be around 80 degrees.
