Wednesday will be mostly sunny and pleasant as the high pressure system moves to the east. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s.
A weak weather system and a cold front will bring a chance of rain from later Thursday into Thursday night. Thursday will be increasingly cloudy and warm with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing in the afternoon or evening. High temperatures will be near 80 degrees. While a chance of showers and thunderstorms continues for Thursday night, as the cold front moves to the south of Wisconsin, skies will partly sunny on Friday. It will be a little cooler, with high temperatures falling back into the upper 70s.
High pressure will settle over Wisconsin for next weekend, bringing pleasant weather. Saturday will be mostly sunny and Sunday will be partly sunny. High temperatures for both days will be near 80 degrees.
Right now, it looks like warm and dry weather can be expected for the Independence Day holiday. The Fourth of July Monday will be partly sunny, warm and a little more humid with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.
The heat and humidity will continue to build into the middle of next week. Tuesday will be partly sunny, very warm and humid with highs in the upper 80s, and Wednesday will be partly sunny, very warm and humid with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs near 90.
