As high pressure moves in, skies will turn mostly sunny by this afternoon with pleasant high temperatures in the middle 70s. Mostly clear and cool overnight with lows near 50. Patchy fog is possible.
High pressure will remain in control of our weather through the upcoming holiday weekend and it should be a spectacular one. There will be abundant sunshine both Saturday and Sunday with highs near 80.
Warm and dry weather can be expected for the Independence Day holiday. The Fourth of July Monday will be partly sunny and warm with high temperatures in the middle 80s.
Tuesday will be partly sunny and very warm with high temperatures in the upper 80s. It will be variably cloudy, very warm and more humid on Wednesday with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the upper 80s to around 90, and heat index values will be in the lower to middle 90s.
It will remain very warm and humid toward the end of next week with highs in the upper 80s to around 90, heat index values in the lower to middle 90s and slight chances of showers and thunderstorms for both Thursday and Friday.
