The Willy Street Fair, Madison's longest-running neighborhood festival, has been attracting revelers for nearly four decades and organizers always keep things fresh and funky. Listen to tunes at five stages dotted throughout the fair, including contemporary Mexican band the Villalobos Brothers on Sept. 17 and award-winning blues band The Jimmys on Sept. 18. Catch family-friendly activities, including a Sunday parade led by neighborhood favorite Jim Wildeman and his bubble machine. More than 150 food, arts and crafts and nonprofit merchants will be sprinkled throughout the 900 and 1000 blocks of Williamson Street, and along Spaight Street between Paterson and Ingersoll.
