NOTES:
The Storm Prediction Center says there is a MARGINAL RISK of severe thunderstorms today and tonight over southeastern Minnesota, the eastern half of Iowa, far western Illinois, and the northwestern half of Wisconsin (west of a line from Platteville to Wisconsin Dells to Iron Mountain, MI line). A weak disturbance may provide enough instability for shower and thunderstorm development. Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible, with high winds, hail and heavy rainfall as the main threats.
