NOTES:
The Storm Prediction Center says that there is a MARGINAL RISK of severe thunderstorms on Wednesday and Wednesday night over the southeastern two-thirds of Iowa, the northern three-quarters of Illinois, and the southern third of Wisconsin (south of a La Crosse to Stevens Point to Manitowoc line). Low pressure will pass north of Wisconsin on Wednesday, dragging a cold front through the state during the day. Thunderstorms will arrive in western Wisconsin later Tuesday night, and move eastward on Wednesday morning along and ahead of the cold front. An isolated severe thunderstorm with high winds and hail may be possible with the thunderstorms on Wednesday, although because the greatest thunderstorm threat will be during the morning, most of the thunderstorms should stay below severe limits. The severe thunderstorm threat should end with the passage of the cold front on Wednesday afternoon.
