A nearly stationary front will begin working northward as a warm front today, and temperatures will continue to warm. Skies will be variably cloudy with an isolated shower or thunderstorm possible. It will be very warm and humid this afternoon with high temperatures reaching the upper 80s. Heat index values will reach the lower to middle 90s. Tonight will be partly cloudy, mild and muggy with low temperatures near 70 degrees. Some areas of fog may develop overnight.

Thursday will be partly sunny, hot and humid with high temperatures near 90 degrees, and heat index values in the upper 90s and lower 100s. A cold front will move through Wisconsin on Thursday night. There is a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms later Thursday afternoon, but the best chance of showers and thunderstorms will be on Thursday night with the passage of the cold front.

Any showers and thunderstorms will end early Friday, with skies becoming partly sunny. It won't be quite as warm, and it should turn less humid by Friday afternoon with high temperatures in the lower 80s.

For the weekend, Saturday will be mostly sunny and warm with high temperatures in the lower 80s. Sunday will be partly sunny and warm with highs reaching the lower 80s.

Monday will be continued warm with partly sunny skies and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly late in the day or at night. Highs will reach the lower 80s. Tuesday will be warmer and more humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs will reach the middle 80s.
