PHOTOS: Richland County fairgrounds flooded Thursday

The Richland County fairgrounds in Richland Center were flooded Thursday from heavy rains Wednesday. Fair organizers said partial flooding in barns canceled the animal check in Thursday, but the fair wasn't canceled and non-livestock exhibitors were allowed to bring in their entries. The grounds were closed to the public Thursday.
