High pressure will influence the region this afternoon, resulting in mostly sunny skies. It will be mild and a bit breezy with highs reaching the upper 70s. A cold front will approach Wisconsin from the west tonight with skies becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of showers and thunderstorms will develop late, mainly toward daybreak. Temperatures will remain mild, falling into the lower 60s by Tuesday morning. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and not as mild with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the lower to middle 70s.
High pressure will control the weather for Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday will become mostly sunny and cool with high temperatures in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees. It will be mostly sunny on Thursday with high temperatures rising into the lower 70s.
Friday will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms developing. Highs will reach the lower 70s. Showers and isolated thunderstorms may linger into Saturday, and highs will reach the lower 70s. Sunday will dry out with mostly sunny skies and highs in the middle 70s.
