Mostly sunny skies will become partly sunny this afternoon as a wave of low pressure brushes southern Wisconsin. There is a slight chance of a shower late in the day in areas north of Madison. It will be a windy and cool afternoon with highs reaching the middle 60s. Any showers north of Madison will end this evening. Otherwise, skies will be partly cloudy through the night with temperatures falling to the middle 40s by early Tuesday.
Clouds will increase Tuesday as an area of low pressure moves in from the north. Tuesday will be breezy and cool with highs in the lower 60s. A slight chance of showers will develop late Tuesday afternoon and into Tuesday night. Low pressure will continue to influence the region on Wednesday with mostly cloudy skies, breezy winds and a chance of showers. Highs will reach the middle 60s.
High pressure will then move in for the end of the work week. Thursday and Friday will be partly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees.
Partly sunny skies are in the forecast for the weekend, along with mild temperatures. Highs will reach the lower 70s on Saturday and Sunday. There are slight chances of showers each weekend day.
