Our weather will stay dry for the upcoming Labor Day holiday weekend. This afternoon will be mostly sunny and pleasantly warm; high temperatures will be around 80 degrees.

Tonight will be mostly clear and pleasant. Temperatures will fall to the lower 60s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the middle to the upper 50s by morning.

Sunday will be partly sunny, and it will become breezy and warm with high temperatures in the lower 80s.

Labor Day Monday will be partly sunny, breezy, very warm, and more humid with high temperatures reaching the middle 80s and heat index values near 90 degrees.

A storm system will be developing to the west of Wisconsin for the middle of next week. There will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Monday night and Tuesday, otherwise, Tuesday will be partly sunny, breezy, very warm and humid with high temperatures in the middle to the upper 80s. Heat index values will reach the lower 90s.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, warm and humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms as the storm system moves into Wisconsin; high temperatures will be in the lower to middle 80s.

The storm system will likely linger in the area on Thursday, leading to variably cloudy skies, warm and humid conditions, scattered showers and thunderstorms and high temperatures in the lower 80s. A weak area of high pressure will move in for Friday, leading to partly sunny skies, and warm temperatures, but with a little less humidity. High temperatures will be near 80 degrees.

By next weekend, another storm system will move through the area, bringing showers and thunderstorms from Friday night through Saturday night. Saturday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, warm, and humid with high temperatures near 80 degrees. Any showers will end early on Sunday morning, and it will become partly sunny, breezy, cooler and less humid with high temperatures dropping back into the lower 70s.
