After any showers end this evening, skies will become mostly clear and winds will be light. Areas of frost will develop overnight, with a chance of a hard freeze north and west of Madison. Temperatures will fall to the lower 30s by early Thursday.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and seasonably cool with high temperatures in the middle 50s. Areas of frost are likely again on Thursday night.

A warm front will approach Wisconsin from the west on Friday. Skies will be partly sunny, and it will be breezy and milder with high temperatures in the middle 60s. The warm front will continue to move east on Saturday with increasingly cloudy skies, windy conditions, and milder temperatures in the lower 70s. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will develop late Saturday as a cold front moves across Wisconsin from the west.

Showers will come to an end by early Sunday, and skies will be variably cloudy the rest of the day. Sunday will be quite mild again with highs near 70. Another wave of showers and possible thunderstorms will move through Sunday night along a warm front. Those should clear by early Monday, leading to another very mild day with highs in the lower 70s.

Tuesday will be variably cloudy, breezy and mild with a chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs in the upper 60s. Temperatures will cool through mid week with highs in the lower 60s on Wednesday.
