Monday will be variably cloudy, windy and mild. High temperatures on Halloween will be near 60 degrees. Monday night will be mostly cloudy, breezy and mild with a slight chance of showers. Temperatures will fall into the middle 50s by early Tuesday morning. Tuesday will be variably cloudy and quite mild with highs in the upper 60s. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will develop Tuesday night.
