On Sunday, as the low pressure system begins to move to the east away from Wisconsin, mostly cloudy skies will gradually become partly sunny, especially in areas west of Madison. It will be pleasant, with high temperatures returning to the upper 60s.
Monday will be partly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures near 70 degrees. Tuesday will be partly sunny, breezy and mild. High temperatures will be in the lower to the middle 70s.
On Wednesday, the next low pressure system and a cold front will begin to move toward Wisconsin. It will be mostly cloudy, breezy and mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms and highs in the middle 70s. The front will stall in the Midwest, and Thursday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and a few thunderstorms as the cold front slowly moves into the state. High temperatures will be in the upper 60s.
Behind the cold front, cooler air will move into the Midwest. Friday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and possible thunderstorms continuing and highs dropping into the upper 50s. Next Saturday will be partly sunny, breezy and cool as well with high temperatures in the middle to upper 50s. Sunday will be mostly sunny and seasonably cool with high temperatures climbing back near 60.
