Another storm system will develop to the west of Wisconsin tonight, and skies will become mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms developing toward morning. Lows will be in the upper 50s. Thursday will be mostly cloudy and continued mild with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the lower 70s.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue Thursday night before a cold front moves through southern Wisconsin early on Friday morning. Behind the front, cooler air will move into the Midwest. Friday will be mostly cloudy, breezy and cooler with showers ending early as the cold front moves to the east of Wisconsin and some clearing in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower 60s early in the day, but temperatures will hold steady or slowly fall into the 50s after the front passes through the area.
Seasonably cool weather will continue into the weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs near 60. With mostly clear skies on Saturday night, temperatures will fall to the middle to upper 30s by early Sunday morning, possibly leading to areas of frost. Sunday will be mostly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures in the lower to middle 60s.
Monday will be partly sunny and mild with a slight chance of showers and highs in the upper 60s. Tuesday and Wednesday will be nearly identical without the shower chance. Thursday will be variably cloudy, breezy and mild with a chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs near 70.
