Tonight will be mostly cloudy and breezy with rain and snow showers. A little freezing rain will be possible well north of Madison. Low temperatures will fall to the middle 30s in Madison, but will be colder to the north.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with any mixed precipitation changing to rain showers. High temperatures will reach the lower 40s. The rain may mix with snow Wednesday night before coming to an end. Temperatures will fall to near 30 degrees by early Thursday morning.
Dry weather should return for Thanksgiving Day. Thursday will be mostly cloudy with high temperatures in the lower 40s. A weak weather system will pass through Wisconsin starting later Thursday night with mostly cloudy skies and light snow showers developing. Light snow or flurries will continue into Friday, but may mix with light rain before ending in the afternoon. High temperatures on Friday will reach the upper 30s to near 40 degrees.
For the weekend, Saturday will be partly sunny and not as cold with high temperatures in the middle 40s. A strong storm system will affect much of the Midwest late in the weekend through early next week. Sunday will become mostly cloudy and windy with rain showers developing late in the day or at night. High temperatures will reach the upper 40s.
The rain will continue on Monday, but may mix with or change to light snow late in the day or at night. High temperatures on Monday will be in the lower 40s, but temperatures should hold steady or fall through the 30s in the afternoon. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, windy and colder with a chance of light snow or flurries. Highs will only reach the lower 30s.
