An area of low pressure will move near Lake Superior today, dragging a cold front through Wisconsin later in the day. Ahead of the cold front, this afternoon will be mostly sunny, windy, and milder with high temperatures in the lower to middle 60s. Behind the cold front, Friday will be mostly sunny, breezy and cooler with high temperatures around 50 degrees.
Nice weather is expected for the weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny and turning breezy with high temperatures in the middle 50s. Sunday will be mostly sunny, breezy and milder with high temperatures near 60.
Mild weather will continue into next week. Monday through Wednesday will be partly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures in the middle 50s. There will be a slight chance of showers Tuesday night.
Later in the week a large fall storm system will approach the area, leading to windy conditions and milder temperatures. Thursday will be partly sunny and breezy with highs in the lower 60s and Friday will be variably cloudy, windy and mild with a chance of showers and highs also in the lower 60s.
