Some clearing is possible late Thursday night, and temperatures will fall into the middle teens by early Friday morning. Friday will be variably cloudy and continued cold with high temperatures only reaching the lower 20s.
A storm system will affect Wisconsin over the weekend. Skies on Saturday will become mostly cloudy with snow developing in the afternoon. High temperatures will remain in the lower 20s. As the storm moves through Wisconsin from Saturday night into Sunday morning, occasional snow will continue. Winds will be breezy and several inches of snow accumulation can be expected. Skies will be mostly cloudy and it will remain breezy on Sunday as snow gradually tapers to flurries. High temperatures will reach the middle 20s.
Behind the storm, another colder blast of air will move through Wisconsin for much of next week. Monday will be partly sunny, breezy and colder with high temperatures near 20 degrees. Tuesday will be variably cloudy, breezy and quite cold with a chance of flurries. Wind chills will range from 0 to -15 early Tuesday morning, and high temperatures will only reach the middle teens in the afternoon.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and continued very cold with snow showers or flurries. High temperatures will remain in the middle teens.
