Showers will move out of the area later this morning with some partial clearing possible in the afternoon. It will be a warm and humid end to the work week with highs in the lower 80s.
Over the weekend it will remain warm and muggy, but the threat for rain will be reduced. There is a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms on Saturday with highs reaching the lower to middle 80s. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible Sunday with highs once again in the lower to middle 80s. Shower and thunderstorm chances will linger into Monday and Tuesday, with slightly lower temperatures and humidity. Highs will be near 80. We should finally dry out completely on Wednesday, with highs in the middle 70s. Dry weather will stick around Thursday and Friday with highs around 80 degrees.
