NOTES:
The Storm Prediction Center says that there is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms for this evening and tonight for Minnesota, Iowa, and far western Wisconsin. A very warm and humid air mass across the Midwest will become unstable Saturday afternoon. As cooler air aloft spreads over Minnesota Saturday afternoon, thunderstorms will develop, some of which may be severe. Hail, ! high winds, and heavy rainfall are the main threats. The thunderstorms should weaken as they move eastward into the rest of Wisconsin later Saturday night, but still may be caplable of gusty winds, small hail, and heavy rainfall.

There is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms for Sunday and Sunday night for the southern half of Minnesota, eastern Iowa, and the western half of Wisconsin. Thunderstorms should end Sunday morning in Wisconsin, allowing for a very warm to hot and humid air mass to develop. As a low pressure system and cold front move into Minnesota and western Iowa, more thunderstorms will develop Sunday afternoon, some of which may be severe. Hail, high winds, and heavy rainfall area the main threats, although tornadoes can't be ruled out, especially where thunderstorms develop in Minnesota and Iowa. The severe weather threat may persist into Sunday night as well.

There is a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms for Monday and Monday night for eastern Iowa, northern Illinois and so! uthern Wisconsin. Showers and thunderstorms will develop in the vicinity of a cold front near the Wisconsin/Illinois border on Monday afternoons and move east into the night. Hail, high winds and heavy rainfall are the primary threats from these storms.
