Scattered showers and thunderstorms will move through tonight as more humidity moves into the area. Lows will drop into the mid 60s and there will be a chance of patchy fog by morning.
On Friday, after the initial round of showers finishes up early in the day, there should be a dry period until another round of showers and thunderstorms develops later in the afternoon or evening. Highs will reach the lower 80s and the humidity will be very high.
The storm system will head to the northeast over the weekend. Shower and thunderstorm chances will continue into Saturday before ending with humid conditions and temperatures around 80. Dry weather will return for Sunday with warm and humid conditions. Highs will reach the middle 80s. However, a cold front will move through Sunday night into Labor Day Monday, bringing more showers and thunderstorms through the area. It will remain warm and humid with highs in the lower 80s and some clearing will be pos! sible later on Labor Day.
After the cold front passes, the weather will turn pleasant, with pleasant temperatures and lower humidity. Tuesday and Wednesday will be partly sunny with high temperatures near 80.
A warm front moving into the area on Thursday will bring a return of very warm and humid weather along with a chance of showers and thunderstorms by Thursday night. Highs will reach the mid 80s again toward the end of the week.
