It will be mostly cloudy tonight with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms expected as a warm front approaches from the south. Patchy fog may form overnight. Temperatures will fall to the upper 60s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the middle 60s by morning.
On Friday, after the initial round of showers and thunderstorms finishes up early in the day, there should be a dry period with variably cloudy skies as the warm front moves north of the area. High temperatures will reach the lower to middle 80s with higher humidity. Another round of showers and thunderstorms will develop later in the afternoon or evening into Friday night as a cold front approaches from the west.
The storm system and cold front will head to the east on Saturday. Shower and thunderstorm chances will continue into Saturday before ending with humid conditions and temperatures around 80. Dry weather will return for Sunday with partly sunny skie! s and warm and humid conditions. Highs will reach the middle 80s. However, a cold front will move through on Labor Day Monday, bringing more showers and thunderstorms through the area. It will remain warm and humid with highs in the lower 80s.
After the cold front passes, the weather will turn pleasant with lower humidity. Tuesday and Wednesday will be partly sunny with high temperatures near 80.
A warm front moving into the area on Thursday will bring a return of warm and more humid weather along with a chance of showers and thunderstorms by Thursday night into Friday. Highs will reach the middle 80s again toward the end of the week.
